COODIMAS, Asociación Cooperativa Dimas Rodríguez de RL is a savings and credit cooperative that provides financial services to civil war veterans and disabled people. The cooperative operates in the central and eastern parts of the country.

COODIMAS is highly committed to supporting and promoting social and work reintegration of veterans and people who are disabled as a result of the civil war which plagued El Salvador for over 12 years. The cooperative has a portfolio of around 4,000 clients (2016).

COODIMAS follows a sustainable growth strategy in order to preserve its competitive advantage which is based on flexibility and a strong member relationship. In addition to financial services, COODIMAS offers life insurance and a scholarship programme aimed at talented children of its members.

The cooperative has started to diversify its portfolio in terms of target groups to have a better position on the local microfinance market.
